Many African Americans are now incorporating the African tradition of jumping the broom as part of their wedding ceremony.
Add a little extra spice to the traditional wedding with the perfect blend of jazz, spoken word poetry, R&B soul and hip hop! Let's Jump the Broom!

This maxi single is the perfect gift, party favor and music for weddings. The song "Lets Jump The Broom is a smooth jazzy hip hop track with Kamal romantically speaking to his soon to be bride asking her if she's ready to jump the broom while admitting that he has butterflies and then he goes into his romantic crooning.

The song "Let's All Jump The Broom The Reception The Afterparty" has Kamal saying "They are married now, time for the celebration, let's all jump the broom" over a serious hip hop/club dance track that will get everybody at the reception on the dance floor! This will be the next big wedding reception hit!

The song Soulmates can be used for multiple wedding reasons as Kamal flows to the bride and groom and there families about the importance of unity, responsibility and keeping the fire burning! This is over a subtle yet delightful piano riff.

The song Feng Shui will help jump start the honeymoon as Kamal over a tangy hip hop and R&B slow mid tempo beat speaks about how a man distresses his lady by removing all of their problems starting with a nice massage.

Kamal Imani is an internationally known spoken word poet and master of ceremonies. As a result of his being sought after to perform and host at weddings, proms and all kinds of celebrations, he has put together the perfect maxi single entitled "Jump the Broom" which is the African tradition. When people got married they would happily jump over a broom on the ground.
