3828592949?profile=originalMarch 8th is International Women's Day, which in Mozambique is celebrated under the motto: "Women in the World of Work in Change: For a Planet 50-50 in 2030". I want to associate with this movement of recognition in Women, particularly in Mozambican Women, our grandmother, our mother, our sister, our wife, our daughter, our friend, our colleague, for the passage of this day.

There is no doubt that women have always demonstrated their selflessness, dedication and sacrifice in those they develop for the benefit of families, communities and society in general.

Women were great precursors and gender equality activists, actively engaged in the struggle for Mozambique's independence, created the Women's Detachment that later became a Mozambican Women's Organization (OMM), which was the driving force behind the women's associative movement in Mozambique.

I wish happy holidays to the whole World Woman and in particular a Mozambican by this date.

Ps: I can not fail to congratulate the young people of the 8th March Generation who in Mozambique, under the leadership of President Samora Moisés Machel, excelled in the construction of the Mozambican state in the post-independence period.
