Gross injustice to Hillary by the Media

The media goes on and on about a dirty presidential campaign and the public swallows it hook, line and sinker. This is a distortion and unfair. Trump runs a dirty campaign based on insults, lies and slander. Hillary does not. Hillary is the victim of the dirty campaign. However,  that important distinction is never made by the press and is yellow journalism at its worst.

Ordinarily I am not a Hillary supporter, but I am a passionate supporter of fairness and justice. So, when I see the gross injustice and unfair coverage meted out to Hillary, I am enraged. Hillary is a victim of Republican ‘big lie’ strategy.  The so-called ‘dislike Hillary’ is a manufactured Republican propaganda tactic. Was McCain, Romney, Bush, Trump more likeable? Give me a break!  Bush lied to the UN, to the American people and used this lie to invade Iraq and now over one million Iraqis are dead. Over one million!

I won’t repeat all the other bogus charges made against her, but they all are a bunch of unsubstantiated hogwash. Unfortunately, she is a warmonger, but so are most of both Democratic and Republican leaders.

The Republican strategy is to distract the voters away from the real  issues and it worked so well here in Maryland that it got them a governor elected. Let us not forget that Republicans:

  • Oppose living wage
  • Want to destroy social security by privatizing it for the benefit of their wall street buddies
  • Oppose universal health care or every attempt to reform healthcare even though some 40 million Americans have no insurance
  • Oppose vital environmental  adjustments  to offset climate change
  • Oppose “Black Lives Matter”
  • Are suppressing the black vote all over the country
  • Have threatened to hold the US Government hostage if Hillary wins by vindictively and maliciously blocking legislation and making the federal government ungovernable
  • Oppose unions of the working man

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Despite all this, I think Hillary will win because I have confidence in the American people.
