OCCUPYING BLACK PEOPLE MUST AVOID ISOLATION:BE USED AS THE SCAPE GOAT WHEN “THE SYSTEM” DEVISE PLANS TO END PROTEST

DREWRYVILLE, VA – Maybe the only predictable thing about the Occupy Wall Street Protest Movement (OWSM) is the fact that the “the system” will one day do whatever necessary to shut it down.
How? Is the only question: So Black people must work now to avoid becoming the scapegoat. We have abundant history to know how murderous they have been to quell our resistance. So we must not champion the core Black Issues in isolation to the general OWSN.
We also have abundant history to see how they handle their own rebellious people. The killings at Kent State University was no accident. Though it was the killing of demonstrators at but one white university, vs. killings at three Black Colleges, the point is the 1% Representatives will kill anyone if that is the only way to stop the rebellion/protest.
THEY STOOD DOWN ON FIRST ‘CIVIL’ ATTEMPT
TO SHUT THEM DOWN
On the first civil attempt to shut down OWSN, a pretext to “clean the park” was thwarted when the primarily whites, cleaned and also showed up in numbers. The numbers included folk that are used to confrontation with the police: so to move on them that sunny Saturday, in October would have resulted in a very noisy, messy and bloody confrontation.
The police backed down to regroup. So did the OWSM non-Leaders of the Movement. Since that time several dynamics have occurred that indicate it is more likely that the removal of OWSM will be a Notable & memorable one.
1. A groundswell of additional people have now enjoined the Movement, including more elderly and middle-class whites.
2. A war chest that will probably reach a million dollars this weekend
3. Black people have forgone their reluctance and are probably nearing a critical mass of effective “Black Organizers.”
4. Whereas the white protest issues are vague: ALL of the Black Issues are specific and to the point: Reparations, 50% Unemployment, some 60% poverty rate.
5. Gil Noble Host for ABC television show “Like It Is.”
Clearly number 4 of the list above offers, at once, the best opportunity for the OWSM to receive an infusion of the most dynamic force in America today: The despised, rejected, poor, abused victim of the perpetrator of Crime Against Humanity: The National Captive Black Community.
THE INITIATIVE OF OWSM WILL NOT MAKE BLACK
PEOPLE WHOLE: SO USE POWER WISELY
No one really knows how the OWSM will turn out. But we know that “the system” will be as mean, brutal and bloody as necessary to maintain the status quo of the 1%.
However, marginalizing the Black Community, demonizing us, while reaching out in a meaningful way to the white Non-Leaders of the OWSM, may well be the that will be tried shut it down without spilling white blood.
Meanwhile, The Black Community must stay entwined within the general group of OWSM. Hold fiercely to our core issues, while embracing every issue that the white protestors have laid on the table. “The System” is more apt to spill Black blood without impunity: this strategy will help to mitigate this possible eventuality.
The Black Leaders who are availing themselves of the energetic opportunity to do some proper organizing work, at this time must be mindful that nothing is likely to happen that will make us whole: so be wise; make an advance and stay busy doing some of the essentials that will be needed on the day, at the time when the National Black Community once again precipitate a dynamic national crisis in the United States of America.
