Atlanta’s FREE Millionaire Mastermind Gathering Focuses on Rebuilding Entrepreneurship

According to the article by Inc. Magazine’s Lisa Calhoun, 48% of female business founders say that “lack of available mentors or advisers” holds them back. A 2017 report by Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Ranking Member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship, echoes that finding, stating “Few role models and a lack of mentors contribute to the perception that entrepreneurship is a male-only endeavor.”

A group of Successful, Faith driven business women has come together to address this challenge and is inviting like-minded women to join their numbers. The monthly Millionaire Mastermind Gathering launched in December 2017 and is a free event hosted and led by ThinkZILLA Consulting Group, CEO Velma Trayham.

The women small business owners in industries such as; entertainment, tech, education, government, medical, real estate and food, meet monthly in mutual mentorship to empower each other, trade tips, and find new ways to support each other. Faith is a big part of the group. The Gathering is designed to create an environment that inspires women to walk in their purpose while providing members with insight and testimonies from the real-life experiences of women entrepreneurs.

As part of the Gathering, Trayham provides business resources for entrepreneurs at all stages of entrepreneurship, whether they are long-time business owners or are just conceiving their business idea. According to Trayham, “Most entrepreneurs give up or fail at early stages of their business because they lack knowledge and the will power to carry on. The Millionaire Mastermind Gathering will give real business advice and that extra push that we all need from time to time.”

The Gathering is an effort by Trayham to give back to her community. She explained, “As a female small business owner, I wanted to create opportunities for other female business owners. The deep need for this comes from many people not being able to afford agency prices. I wanted to give back in this way.”

Trayham is pleased that the Millionaire Mastermind Gathering has already helped many women transition into entrepreneurship. She added, “We've have provided resources to some women through a partnership we have with ARC Business Solutions to help them get Small Business certifications to compete in federal and corporate space.”

A critical focus for Trayham as she leads the group is to help members identify their “Single Overriding Objective.” That exercise enables women to build a solid framework for success and to think about their businesses from a broader perspective.

The Millionaire Mastermind Gathering meets monthly from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at The Marke' Venue located at 1210 Fowler Street Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30318. Tickets for the free event are available from Eventbrite at
