A Garveyites Salute To Senegal and The World Festival of Black Arts and Cultures

From my perspective as a 35 - year veteran of Garveyism, I think the most important event for delegates and Africans at home and abroad in this decade, is The World Festival of Black Arts and Cultures held in the Republic of Senegal from December 10-31, 2010.
