About Me:
UniTee Design is better educating today’s youth by connecting our people and maximizing our resources. Caring citizens, parents, students, schools, groups, businesses, churches, and many others are working with us to create more academic successes for more children.

“UniTees” (custom designed tee shirts proudly featuring the red, black and green colors of African American culture) teach our younger generation a rich history and heritage to uplift self-esteem and self-identity. And sales of UniTees help fund and develop a variety of youth education programs and initiatives.

As founder of The Better Detroit Youth Movement, I’m intent on establishing higher levels of communication, cooperation and collaboration among youth and community service providers to mobilize action and maximize better outcomes for Detroit children and teens.

The urgency to revive the power of our people in unity to achieve higher levels of academic successes for our youth is obvious. Thus, we welcome collaborations for a common cause and greater good.

Please check out this short video (www.uniteedesign.com/video.html) to learn about a growing movement that’s empowering brighter futures every day.

Let’s continue to encourage others to do their part in uplifting the quality of life and learning for our children.

Together, we will show the world how beautiful, smart and special our children really are.

Our Prize

We’ve taken our eyes off the prize.

Our gifts.

Our babies.

Our children.

Our future.

For too long. Far too long. Far too lost.

Far too many, too far gone.

Today, the things that matter most to our youth shouldn’t.

And the ones who should matter most, don’t.

The things they want to be, they’ll never see.

The things they should see, they’ll probably never be.

Why?

Because, we’ve taken our eyes off the prize.

So tomorrow, it’s time to reclaim our young generation.

I know it’ll be hard… Continue

Please do send info to my email at: aajsyr@yahoo.com
I am a graduate of the HS of Performing Arts way back when it was on 46th St. FAME was not what the school was like at all but I won't complain about your use of that myth. Do send promo pieces and I will send thru my listserve. Our young do need a forum and a community to direct them because we know what the white media and agents do with our young talented children. My blog is looking at our historical stages such as the Apollo and the Drummers in Harlem. If this is about serious work and not just about a "Next American Model" or "Idol" then do send media pieces to me.
