- I, Charles David Brooks, III, am a Professor of Theatre Ensemble at Benedict College. As a Historian, I experience Field Research Studies in Egypt (KMT), Ethiopia, Venezulea, Ghana, Spain, and North Africa longside with Ashra Kwesi, Runoko Rashidi, Kenny Rueda, Luis Manuel Perfomo, and Dereja. As a Playwright, I wrote "Affairs," "Help," "Shelter," "Search," "Lifestyles," "Aove and Beyond," and "Our Lives Our Voices Our Music," "Building a Nation," and recently, "Living in a Dying World." As an Author, my recent published Book "Our Lives Our Voices Our Music" can be purchased online at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Book a Milllion, and othe online outlets. As a Professor, I teach African and Afican American Theatre and Theatre Histiry starting the Ancient Theatre of Abydos. As Director of Benedict College Theatre Ensemble, I directed Musicals, Comedies, and Elements of Tragedies.
