Well it seems like the USA is included here. Why? Because they took land belonging to the Indigenous People of America aka Native-Americans,. And took Mexican territory (California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Texas, New Mexico etc)

And the U.S. definitely was illegally involved with Africans being in slavery on American soil. And gave the descendants of the Africans slaves bogus citizenship in order to collect taxes. Note: We the descendants of African slaves that was put in American slavery, should not pay taxes. Wake up, its illegal for America to collect taxes from us. We are still slaves!!!

African-Americans today were never set free by the EMANCIPATION OF PROCLAMATION. It was a transfer of ownership from the slave plantation to the U.S. Congress. The U.S. Congress is the New slavemasters while living on U.S. soil.
Please look over this link thoroughly: The Self Determination Committee by Dr. Robert L. Brock to get further proof.

Did you know, Whites in America also stopped the Marcus Garvey Movement to keep us from leaving there? How? They put, W.E.B. Dubois as our leader, and started the NAACP to keep us as 'Happy Negros' on the U.S.A. which is really a giant Plantation..

Lawyers a Reparations question:
Since still slaves on American soil, can we get Reparations?
