Going Global With Africa.

CONNECTING TO AFRICA holds the key to the development of Barbados, says Minister of Culture Stephen Lashley. 

The minister was speaking at the inaugural Pan-African Colloquium at the University of the West Indies (UWI) Cave Hill Campus on Wednesday night.
