Why the hell are we here? To jibber-jabber? To postulate and pretent that we are about the liberation of ourselves? There is so much chitter-chatter going on amoungst us about our liberation, but very little to no action to bring it about. This is one of many web sites that supposedly is intended to facilitate discussion to further our liberation, bt I notice that there is really very little discussion aimed at achieving that, just look at where most of the discussion takes place. We are all wrapped up in the Obama campaign or in other words, Amerikkklan electorial politics, making Obama the messiah and voting for him and his racist hypocratic party as our greatest hope.

Ae at the same time we ignore and fail to support real grassroots struggles and efforts for social justice, then claim that we are aout our liberation. This is bullshit at best, and betrayal of our struggle at worst. It does not matter what color mask the oppressor wears, it is still the oppressor. Obama talks about "hunting down" Osama bin Laden who has never done anything to oppress us, yet he has never mentioned the institutional racist oppression of Amerikkka, because he says that he loves it, he embraces it, and promises to do all that he can to make sure that it remains paramount. Screw Obama and all that he stands for, and any knee-grow willing to stand with him in this nightmare claiming to be a "dream." I refuse to submit to the plantation politics being promoted by so many knee-grows in Amerikkka, including those on this site.

And because plantation knee-grows can see no further than the plantation, we think that this is our "hopes and reams" - for massa to look like us. That is precisely what I think we need to ask this Brother--why IS he here? He professes to disdain 'discussion' rather than 'action', yet says this on a DISCUSSION site. The sister quite rightly asked him to define what he is talking about, whay he wants for the Diaspora (what would be WORKABLE for the children of Afrika?). Yet, he ignores this challenge from her. You made a legitimate point that given what e is laying down, why doesn't he show us his face, and he attacks you.

I say he is deliberately meaning to provoke hostility to disable discussion. Any fool knows that before collective action can be taken, we must talk to each other, and take into account what each of us thinks, wants, and hopes for, otherwise we are merely reconstituting the domination of our master, who does not know how to LEAD but only how to enslave.

Brother Xaviar, Sister Aisha is a free soul that you propose to lead, to inspire, to liberate from the 'plantation'? Get your facts straight "Dr." before you move to chastise, and if you would put your head on straight then you would understand that my point was that getting our heads clear as to where we are, what we are, and what we are dealing with is the first action that we must take. My response to the sistah was to disagree with her notion of "fitting in," which is not "action."
