Maddox Cancels Trip to Chicago to Foment a Class Action

A black group in Chicago, IL offered me a very respectable, four-figure honorarium to deliver a speech in the "Windy City." It also included accommodations in a five-star hotel and a first-class airline ticket. Usually, a group of descendants of enslaved Africans are unable to ascertain a speaker's value. Currency was unavailable to slaves.
This would not happen in New York. It practices censorship. Therefore, New York is a slave colony as has been verified by former Mayor David N. Dinkins and Rev. Al Sharpton. Dinkins is a former HNIC. Sharpton is the current HNIC and head of the $ilver rites moment in the United States. The $ilver rites moment militates against the civil rights movement. Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. is turning over in his grave.
The lynching of Sandra Bland in Texas was a game-changer. She was travelling while black from Chicago IL to Prairie View, TX without any right to travel. It was a traffic stop. When she got "smart" with the arresting officer, all hell broke loose. She was arrested and apparently taken to a Texas magistrate who applied Halifax law. The rest is history. See Dred Scott
New York is a metropolis replete with empty wagons. These persons are "talking loud and are saying nothing." They believe that loaded wagons will break the axles. These are the teachings of slavemasters. These twin killers, resulting from slavery, are "reputation evidence" and "habit evidence." Bland is a victim.
Instead of accepting the money and running, I will remain in New York to pen "Driving While Black: A Motorist's Bill of Rights." It will take investors to complete this project which will save black lives. It will apprise black motorists that they enjoy no constitutional right to travel. Governors will be put on notice to teach state troopers human rights.
Dylann Roof was enforcing "original intent" when he stuffed out the lives of nine blacks in Charleston, SC. Blacks forgave him before he apologized for committing a dastardly act. This means that he will not only escape capital punishment but he will be released as soon as a governor pardons him.
It teaches blacks that every court appearance must be planned. The white man is bilingual. He only speaks "legalese"; and "military science." Planning is a condition precedent to all actions of whites. "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." Whites understand the importance of an assembly and a public forum. On the other hand, blacks hitch up empty wagons before hollering No Justice! No Peace!
