Free Lecture: THE AFRICAN DIASPORA: GLOBAL AFRICAN PRESENCE, ANCIENT AND MODERN
by Dr. Runoko Rashidi
This presentation is designed for all ages and audiences. It is a presentation
that Dr. Rashidi has been perfecting for more than thirty years and has given
in more than fifty countries. It examines the role of African people as the
mothers and fathers of humanity, human culture, and classical
civilization. It looks at the spread of African people to all parts of the world
in ancient and modern times--before, during and after enslavement. It is highly
visual with about 200 rare photos. It is poignant, moving, inspiring, with
touches of humor. Dr. Runoko Rashidi--anthropologist, historian, world traveler.
