Black Power 96 is radio by and for the black community! We are looking for volunteer engineers, fundraisers, promoters, web developers, producers and show hosts. The new community station is a project of the non-profit African People’s Education and Defense Fund. It will deliver a fresh sound featuring locally produced music and neighborhood news, as well as news and information from the Caribbean, Africa and the world. We are building departments to launch the station, including Production, Fundraising and Promotions. Whether your skills are in web design, concert planning, sound engineering or grant-writing - we want you to volunteer your time and energy to this exciting project! Interested?
