Ascension and Freedom Are Possible

We live in a vast uncharted universe that is multifaceted and as Western astrophysicists now postulate, multi-dimensional. This is nothing new. Mystics, avatars, monks, shaman, medicine men and women have given us clues about this reality over the millennia. They intuited or discovered that this universe is made up of energy and frequencies that we aren’t ordinarily aware of simply because our consciousness is limited, distracted and we ourselves are too often vibrating on a limited frequency or frequencies that prevent us from knowing and experiencing these other frequencies/dimensions/consciousness.
Our ancient African ancestors along the Nile said everything is energy and vibration and this energy was based upon DIVINE LAW (MAAT). We exist in what we call space but this “space” is nothing more than continuously varying rates of vibrations/frequencies some extremely dense and others more ethereal. Numerous frequencies and rates exist all around us. Unlike what we think the material world is like, these frequencies can and do overlap, co-exist/mingle and penetrate our “world” or “reality”. What we see and experience at any given time is based upon our perceptions and interpretations most of which we have gotten or internalized from others such as: authority figures, parents, religious dogma, schools, peers etc. But we have the capacity to experience, elevate or devolve our consciousness and awareness so we are able to experience other frequencies/planes/dimensions, to use these energies to assist us in our daily lives and actually shape and alter our physical environment.
Ancient texts and techniques admonish us to raise our consciousness to experience heaven, nirvana, utopia, paradise here and now. Many non-Western cultural traditions use rituals, ceremonies, herbs and potions to alter consciousness. In the West the monopoly mass media is used to set a frequency tone that keeps us resonating at a lower vibration using fear, greed, and sensuality to disorient and manipulate us. During the past few millennia the ruling classes whether they were unscrupulous priests, emperors or international bankers and their hirelings knew that to rule this world and maintain their hegemony over the bulk of the world’s population they must keep us vibrating/resonating to frequencies that do not enlighten us, empower us or challenge their narratives about “reality”.
The world’s numerous “saviors”, spiritual pioneers and sages taught that we are DIVINE in nature (I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. Psalms 82:6). But in order to actualize our DIVINITY we have to raise our consciousness/vibration/frequency so we experience our ONENESS and connection with THE SOURCE. What they were saying is, to change your complete reality you must first alter your thinking and your vibration. For example the Bible says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. ” Romans 12:2 the New International Version. The Buddhist tradition emphasizes mental discipline and discernment. The Buddha said, “Do not follow the evil law! Do not live on in thoughtlessness! Do not follow false doctrine! Do not be a friend of this world” The Teachings of the Compassionate Buddha page 60.
Yeshua bar Yosef (the man the Roman Church renamed Jesus) warned his disciples about negative energy and closed mindedness. He instructed them not to associate or remain in negative environments, or surroundings full of negative energy. He said, “And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, inquire who in it is worthy and there abide till you go thence. And when you come into an house salute it and it the house is worthy let your peace come upon it but if it is not worthy, let your peace (positive energy/vibrations) return to you. And whosoever shall not receive you nor hear your words, when you depart out of that house or city shake off the dust of your feet. (In other words get rid of all that negative energy you encountered there that is still attached to you) Verily I say unto you, it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that house or city.” Matthew 10 11-15.
When these sages speak of “the world” they are really talking about systems, institutions, behaviors and actions based upon thought patterns and frequencies. They knew that institutions and systems are the result of the consciousness/energy/frequencies of the people who created them. They warn us about falling for the system’s okey-doke because in actuality as they all said in one form or another, “The Kingdom of God, Nirvana, Paradise are at hand”, right here and now because they are states of consciousness.
All we have to do to experience this reality is repent. The New Testament Biblical word for repent is metanoia (the prefix meta means change or beyond, the root word noia means mind) it means change our minds, change what we think about, change how we think, emote and behave. Once we do that we will experience a change not necessarily of place or space (although this is possible) but of frequency/energy and perceived reality.
We are all motivated and driven by our thoughts and emotions. Energy follows thought and consciousness dictates our actions (or inaction). Unfortunately for most of us, our thoughts are not our own! We are being brainwashed, conditioned and programmed to follow the crowd to engage in group think and the herd mentality dictated by the ruling class and their mind control apparatus. Herd thinking was good in the distant past but we are no longer hunter-gatherers living in small groups in dangerous natural environments anymore. Our living space is much different now so the herd and communal patterns of the past do not work in densely populated urban concrete environments where the tone, tenor and vibrations are set by our adversaries.
The dangers we face today are mostly man made, the results of an “alien” consciousness/belief system, one that emphasizes and propagates greed, covetousness, hubris, predation and exploitation. As conscious Africans we could call this “alien consciousness” ISFET the extreme opposite of MAAT which is: Divine Order, Balance, Harmony, Truth, Justice, Righteousness, Reciprocity (cooperation, mutual assistance). Isfet is: disorder, lopsidedness, contentiousness, deceit, corruption, evil, and predation. The people behind this alien consciousness/vibration want to rule the world. These megalomaniacs are attempting to take over the world, redesign and reengineer it to suit their psychopathic agenda. They are like Set in the ancient Nile Valley Ausarian Drama intent on usurping and ousting Ausur the righteous king, usurping the kingdom and ruling in a totally unjust manner. Like Set those possessed by the alien consciousness realize Black people pose a serious threat to them and they must neutralize us or dupe us into annihilating ourselves so they can manifest their nefarious plan to rule the world. But in the Ausarian drama a hero came to the recue. We are Heru (the Hero) whose divinely ordained mission is to right the wrongs manifested by his uncle, restore and firmly reestablish MAAT.
Presently as Africans in America we are being conditioned to engage in maladaptive pathologies to justify the ruling elites’ use of their alien consciousness to continue their assault on our psyches, our bodies and the environment. The late great psychologist Dr Amos N. Wilson had this to say about the system. “Mental maladaptiveness among our people is a political social necessity and therefore is instigated by political, social forces and a Black psychology must begin with this very fact. This political necessity is in part based on the demographic fact that the European is approximately ten percent of the world’s population. The European inhabits only a small part of the globe. The parts of the globe that the European occupies are relatively resource less when compared to those occupied by non-European people. And yet, the European is saddled with great wealth, economic and political power. He controls the globe and maintains the world in a state of terror and has the earth now on the brink of suicide… This implies to my mind that there must exist a political, social situation wherein the mental orientation of our people must be so structured that he power and the ability of the Europeans to rule this earth are continually maintained.” The Falsification of Afrikan Consciousness Eurocentric History, Psychiatry and The Politics of white Supremacy page 66.
When Dr. Wilson speaks of a Black psychology of course he means a redemptive liberating psychology rather than a psychology of passive accommodation to evil. If we are to liberate ourselves we must first recognize we are in bondage or at least recognize we are falling for the illusionary flim-flam, the distractions of materialism, pseudo power and egotism that keep us running like mice on a treadmill to nowhere. We can retake our minds and the reclaim the planet. We can experience freedom and ascension. All we have to do is elevate our consciousness all we have to do is tap into and resonate with the vibrations, energies and power resident both in this world and other dimensions; what our African ancestors and other FIRST WORLD PEOPLE referred to as the “spirit world”.
The reason the enemies of the world want to keep the masses on lower, denser vibratory levels is to prevent us from accessing the higher planes of consciousness and experiencing new dimensions of being and doing. They want to keep us chasing their illusions of fame, their celebrities, and pipe dreams (as opposed to our personal destiny and reason for incarnating). Their goal is to misdirect our life force/energies away from our true purpose so they can manipulate and exploit us for their benefit and riches.
How do we make ascension? Through prayer; by prayer I mean deep meditation, tapping into the resident SOURCE within and all around us as opposed to begging our erroneous idea of THE CREATOR for things and situations. Real prayer changes you, not necessarily your physical environment or the situation. By changing ourselves we are better able to handle or even transcend your situations! We as a people can transcend our bondage if enough of us change and impact the world through our change. We also make ascension through meditation, deep breathing and expecting an answer to come, by listening for the still small voice or following the guidance that prompts you to do something even if it seems strange and illogical!
We make ascension by returning to our ancient rituals, ceremonies and spiritual practices. It’s no coincidence the one common thread in all the successes of the Africans in the Western Hemisphere (Haiti, the Maroons, the Palmares) in their physical struggles against the Europeans (Dutch, Spanish, French and British) was the fact they relied upon their African spiritual traditions to sustain them. They called upon and utilized the forces, frequencies and energies they knew. They won despite the Europeans having weapons of mass destruction and a psychopathic drive to dominate and destroy them! This is why the Europeans want us to reject everything African and vibrate to an alien European frequency.
We can change ourselves and we can change the world. We have to reenergize ourselves with frequencies of purpose and magnitude like Marcus Garvey, we have to vibrate on the highest levels of courage and love for ourselves and our people like Malcolm and we have to use these energies to strengthen ourselves so we commit to making a difference like Marin Luther King Jr. despite the obstacles and the fact the positions they took were neither popular nor supported by most of their peers. Change your frequency. Change your mind. Alter your consciousness and experience a new reality. Next time we will discuss how our enemies use dimensions and frequencies against us.
