Dr. Issa on "Ethnic Cleansing of the HBCU's"
By Alton H. Maddox, Jr.
("Attorney-at-War")

Dr. Jahi Issa, formerly of Delaware State University in Dover, DE, will discuss a college education for blacks after Brown v. Board of Education 347 U.S. 483 (1954) at this Wednesday's UAM forum.  The original purpose of the struggle against Plessy v. Ferguson was race-mixing only in graduate schools. This is University of Alton Maddox on Missouri ex. Rel. Gaines v. Canada, 308 U.S. 337 (1938).

Gaines is legal history which is not taught by law schools concerning descendants of enslaved Africans.  Legal history is taught, however, at the University of Alton Maddox.  Thus, a student at UAM would be taught that Gaines was murdered.  White law schools simply teach black law students that Lloyd L. Gaines was MIA.  The manner of death is omitted.

Gaines is definitely an example of why black students should avoid white colleges until graduate school.  Of course, "plantations" are still necessary to fuel college treasuries.  The most recent example is the NCAA Finals in Houston, TX on the 48th anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. between Villanova University and University of North Carolina.  Black athletes are "cash cows."

In 1964, Houston was a segregated city and a hostile workplace.  President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, TX in November 1963 because he and his brothers had been perceived as "nigger lovers."  However, the mayor of Houston, Judge Roy Hofheinz, had envisioned Houston as becoming "integrated" to fulfill the dream of Texas oil men.

These Texas oil men knew that they needed a "political hammer" in Congress.  President John F. Kennedy was not that person.  Conveniently, Vice-president Lyndon B. Johnson was already a heart beat away from enjoying the keys to the White House.

On the "Carl Nelson Show" a "brother" from Boston, MA asked me about the April 4, 1968 assassination of Dr. Martin L. King, Jr.  I told him that a radio program would not do justice to this assassination.  The plan had, at least, started in the 1930's.  White supremacists are visionaries.  Blacks, on the other hand, refuse to assemble every four years for a national black political convention.

Johnson not only gave us the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to displace black businesses but also the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to sustain plantation politics.  This is legislative history.  After black activists did the "dirty work," their efforts would put us on a political and economic treadmill going in reverse.  In 2016, blacks have no idea of their destination while riding in the train's caboose.

I submitted a preview, at the Cotton Club, on March 5, 2016.  In the meantime, I have had to board the Underground Railroad.  New York has issued a proclamation of exigents.  New York has proclaimed that (1) I have no right to earn a living (2) I have no right to a "nest" fit for habitation (3) I have no unrestricted right to travel beyond New York and (4) I have no right to emulate David Walker.  It is happening because blacks are, mostly, unethical.

This is an ethical issue.  No other group would permit a person, chosen by the group, to be subject to a local, state or federal government.  It does not exist because all other groups understand HELP and practice ethics and philosophy.  Neither Hillary Clinton nor Bernie Sanders is willing to serve the best interests of blacks.

During slavery, a passenger on the Underground Railroad could expect assistance from a good Samaritan.  We have lost it especially if it is a debt of the race.  Thurgood Marshall was elevated to the U.S. Supreme Court because he ushered in mentacide through a "bait-and-switch" scam.  It started at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania.  This is why the University of Alton Maddox is important to our survival.

THE NEED TO UPGRADE RESEARCH TOOLS

Malcolm X said it best:  “Of all the disciplines, history is best qualified to reward our research.”  Law is history, first and foremost.  This is why research is an essential tool for a competent and zealous attorney.  Blacks are entitled to receive well-researched and well-written articles.

Dr. John Henrik Clarke said that the nineteenth century is crucial to understanding white supremacy.  My articles always use the nineteenth century as a guide.  Blacks not only need to read the dictum in Scott v. Sanford, 19 How. (60 U.S.) 393 (1857) but also its letter and spirit.

Mark Riley, a former broadcaster with WLIB-AM, in a broadcast, told Elinor Tatum, publisher of the New York Amsterdam News, that my weekly op-ed pieces, alone, were worth the cost of the tabloid.  This did not set well with Tatum.  When her dad, Bill Tatum, made his transition, I received a pink slip.  I was an unpaid journalist with the New York Amsterdam News and my writings have always been free to the community.

An award-winning journalist, Earl Caldwell, said on WBAI-FM said that my op-ed pieces were the best in New York.  The production of these writings carries considerable costs.  For blacks to continue to receive the best information, the acquisition of new research materials is necessary.  Propaganda is the first stage of warfare.   See, for example, the “Central Park 7.”
