Regarding the "Blacklist" of the company you have in mind:
Do you mean BOYCOTTING?
If so, there is a blog space on your page, write an article giving your reasons why. Then, others will choose to participate or not.

Im not starting a discussion about the problems we found with a Ghanean company.

The facts

We pay USd 50'000 to them as guarantee for a future delivery of precious metal and now, six months later nothing is done. So we are looking for a Lawyer in Accra and find the way to put the owner and his company in a blacklist.
